What is the interview process with companies?

Each company is a bit different. Some will ask that you come-in directly for an onsite interview, while others will schedule a phone call first. Like the majority of technical interviews, the majority will include some Q&A and discussion about past technical projects and interests.

What happens if I decline an interview?

Not a problem. Just let us know and we will pass on the information to the company. You are more than welcome to let them know as well.
